The weld fixture accompanies the anvil as part of the lower tool.

Weld fixtures ensure correct part orientation for welding and eliminate the need for a system operator to have hands and fingers close to any moving machine parts. 

The weld fixture can be a simple nest, or it may be an automated component that integrates several operations with welding. However designed, the fixture becomes an integral part of the welding system that maximizes operator safety and productivity.
